Age is just a number – FOREVER STRONG!
It’s never too late to start exercising or to reap its many benefits. Four years of sustained regular physical activity multiplies the probability of a healthy aging, regardless of the age chosen to begin. These are the encouraging findings of a study published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine. The mean age of the 3,454 participants of both sexes was 63 years old and were part of the English Longitudinal Study of Aging (ELSA).
